Hi,
I would like to offer my existing customers a rebate on a new/updated product in the amount of what they have bought from me previously, i.e. if a customer bought software from me for $30 he would get a $30 rebate on the new product and so on.
The customer data is stored in a database.
Is there any way to do this with e-junkie?
Thanks!

We have no way to automatically create or issue "rebate" discounts like you describe, but you could simply extend that offer to buyers upon request, then when they contact you to take up the offer, just go into Seller Admin > Cart Discounts and create a unique Cart Discount Code for that buyer, good for a flat amount off the Item Total equal to the amount they'd spent, with a Max Use Count of 1 (any unspent discount amount would be forfeit and could not be retained to spend on a future order).

Ok, thanks for your response, Tyson!
If I understand that correctly I can however create batches of such codes by entering e.g. 20 unique codes for a $30 discount with one use? Since I guess quite many of my customers will use my offer that would be very helpful.
Cheers
