Hi Tyson et all, I'm trying to use the very cool PDF stamp you offer, but even though I added it as a feature several hours ago, it's still not showing up on my download. The current PDF that I'm trying to put the stamp on was created in Nitro PDF and includes security features (no changes without a password (which is not given to the purchaser) and low res printing only) -- will these settings perhaps keep E-Junkie's stamp from being added because the stamp constitutes a change to the document? If this is the case, do I have to choose between Nitro PDF's security settings and the stamp? :-( Any help would be appreciated -- this feature is a terrific idea and I hope I get to use it! Thanks in advance, Clare Variant Books # POSTED ON: June 3, 2009 @ 18:17 GMT -7 |

First, when you copy the Payment Variable Info URL from our instructions for PDF stamping, you should right-click on the URL and copy the target/location (rather than highlighting the visible URL shown on the page). Also, make sure that the password you are providing in the Payment Variable Info URL is your password for editing the file, not the buyer's password for reading the file, since we need to edit the file to add the stamp. :^) # POSTED ON: June 3, 2009 @ 18:54 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: June 3, 2009 @ 18:55 GMT -7 |

Hi Tyson, Tried both of your suggestions, but still no stamp. Any idea what else could be going wrong? Clare # POSTED ON: June 3, 2009 @ 20:03 GMT -7 |

We've had another report of a password-locked PDF failing to get stamped, so we're looking into the matter to see if there's a general problem with that case that we could do anything to fix. # POSTED ON: June 4, 2009 @ 13:36 GMT -7 |

Hi Tyson, Thanks for looking into this. How will we know when the issue is resolved and/or there is new information? Will you post it here or elsewhere, so I know where to look? Thanks again, Clare # POSTED ON: June 6, 2009 @ 13:12 GMT -7 |
