I just signed up for the free trial and I'm getting a message when I clink on my Buy Now link that says 'Product Out Of Stock'. Can anyone tell me what has happened?

"Product Out of Stock" indicates that you have enabled Inventory Control in the product's settings and either left the "Limit product sales to" quantity blank, or perhaps you already depleted that quantity during testing. You can edit the product's settings to either disable Inventory Control or re-up the "Limit product sales to" quantity.
