Customers have been writing me that their cart resets after several items have been added to cart. I tested the cart and realized that the cart resets when I add an item from another blog page, example add a few items from several posts on the page, click "older posts" , add next item I want.... the other items are lost in the cart. Hm, there does seem to be something strange going on with Blogspot that is causing the problem you described. Somehow, blogspot is deleting the cookie we set in the buyer's browser to keep track of their cart contents, so Development is looking into the matter to see if we can devise a workaround to solve this. # POSTED ON: June 11, 2009 @ 18:34 GMT -7 |
