Hello there. I am having some problems with my shopping cart. I first added the "Add to Cart" code to my website. I realized that when someone clicks it, it opens up a new tab in the browser with the shopping cart and product added. I then added the "View Cart" button. When the View Cart and Add to Cart are both on the page, the shopping cart works fine, opening in a pop window type thing like its suppose to. However, whenever the View Cart button is on the webpage, it completley messes up the webpage, moving things around and distorting it. You can view this by going to this test page I have created for an example: http://www.360fixers.com/carttest.html You can see that the shopping cart works fine, but the whole page is completley messed up compared to what it should look like which you can view here: http://www.360fixers.com So what I have done for a soloution is essentially replace the View Cart button with an Add to Cart button, but making it so the image of the button says "View Cart". When someone clicks this, it opens up the shopping cart into a new tab and adds the item. Luckilly I only have one item right now so it dosent make a difference. But if I were to add more items, and someone clicks the "View Cart" button, it will actually be adding a product they didnt want to add. This is why I need your help. I would like to find a way to put the real "View Cart" button into my website so it dosent mess up the way everything looks but still operates correctly. If you have any questions on what I said, please post a reply. Thank you for your time and sorry for the long message! # POSTED ON: June 12, 2009 @ 20:41 GMT -7 |
