I set up my e-junkie and it displays properly the PayPal button, but when I press it to test it, it says...

10002
Authentication/Authorization Failed
You do not have permissions to make this API call
Error

Please double-check every step of our integration procedure for the Website Payments Pro service offered by PayPal, just to make sure you haven't missed a step or overlooked anything:
http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/paypal-partner.htm

Note that PayPal Pro is a specific, extra service you'd need to enroll for with PayPal; it is not the same as having a regular PayPal business/premier account. If you have not actually enrolled for PayPal Pro, go into your Seller Admin > Payment Preferences and make sure you have PayPal Standard checked (rather than PayPal Pro).

I am having the same problem and have check all the details on both PayPal and my e-junkie payment options..

It seems the the http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/paypal-partner.htm site does not directly reflect the options or instruction s on the PayPal site.

It refers to DoAuthorization but this is not available as an option on Paypal.

Your help would be appreciated

Unless PayPal has changed things very recently, our PayPal Pro integration instructions should still be accurate. They were written looking directly at PayPal's pages and using the exact phrasing and terminology PayPal uses there, and they have worked fine for the other E-junkie merchants already using PayPal Pro.

"DoAuthorization" would only appear if you clicked "Configure a custom API authorization", which is not necessary anyway, but just in case anyone accidentally clicks that, we list the settings required in there.
