Hello. Is there any way with e-junkie to add some kind of functionality if the user wants to purchase the item as a gift? For example, the user can choose to send a message with the product and have it mailed to a different address? Thank you!

As for adding a note to the item, please see "variants" section in our help page. Variants will let you add a text field to your product's add to cart button in which the buyer can enter a note for you.
