How long is it going to take e-junkie to fix this? Please fix. Several members have problems with this.

All I have to report at the moment is that Development is aware of the issue and currently working on a solution.

This issue should now be fixed, so previously uploaded photos should now be displaying correctly. If your images are still not appearing, you may need to reupload them, and take note of the file size/format guidelines stated on the uploader window.

After viewing this discussion I have the impression that I am responsible to add product to my site but that was not in my original instructions from allapps./Phonewiz or whoever you guys are. Can anyone tell me if that is the case or if it is up to these iphone download people who appear to be my "merchant" ????
I am so confused!!!

@audrvienewbe:

E-junkie is not "allapps./Phonewiz". E-junkie is just a software service that merchants (sellers) use to manage their own Affiliate program independently. If you joined E-junkie to participate in another seller's affiliate program -- where you resell their products or refer sales to their site to earn commissions -- it is that seller's responsibility to provide support to their own affiliates.

E-junkie's affiliate system is FREE for affiliates to use at NO CHARGE. If you have paid any "upfront money" to participate in any affiliate program being managed through our system, we forbid that kind of scheme on our system and will suspend any merchant accounts in our system who are discovered to be conducting such activity.

If you have already paid any fees for any affiliate program, we would strongly recommend that you attempt to get the charges reversed through your credit card issuer or by filing a complaint with the online payment service (such as PayPal or 2CheckOut, etc.) which handled your checkout for that fee.

Thanx Tyson,
I have been trying to get support from allappsportal for months. They answer my questions vaguely and on a phone line that is full of static. I did get a call after I asked for a mentor but when I told her when I get paid I still would not have $900.00 to "invest" for the service the call quickly ended. I continue e-mailing,calling and visiting my empty site trying to figuer out what I'm doing wrong. I just was trying a new avenue while looking around e-junkie.
Thanx for taking the time.
Audrey
PS regeristing w/e-junkie was free.
