Affiliate payment amounts are innacurate

Hi there

I'm trying to make a payment to my affiliates for the first time, and I'm seeing a discrepancy in the amounts that should be paid, with some affiliates not even listed when they should be.

When I click "Pay your Affiliates" I am prompted to download June 2009 payment list. This list is missing my biggest affiliate completely. I know this because when I view the transaction log for that affiliate, I can see the transactions completed under their account, along with the amount I owe them.

Why is the list incomplete? Is there something I'm missing?

...Mike

Mike,

I already sent you an e-mail but I will also respond here.

After looking over all the information in your account. I see that two affiliates made commissions during the month of June. Those same two are listed in your Masspay file except the e-mail address for one of them looks different because the Masspay file requires the affiliate's PayPal E-mail account. If you notice this again, compare the E-junkie Client ID number which is shown both in the View/Download Transaction Log field for the Affiliate and as the last column in the Masspay file.

Ah, that is indeed the problem. Thanks for that.

Is there a way to download affiliate payment record for past months, or only the last full month?

I just now created a Troubleshooting page on that very subject:
