this is the first time I'm contacting you because everything has been working efficiently. For some reason, all of the sudden, when one of my download products is purchased, the auto email doesn't come with the download link. I've tried redoing it several times but it still doesn't work. However, when I test it with the "send thank you email or download link" it shows a DL link in the red text window at the bottom, but it doesn't show up in the email. There is another product that is essentially the same but does not have a physical product as well....this one works just fine. Any ideas? # POSTED ON: October 30, 2007 @ 00:58 GMT -7 |

That can happen due to incorrect product configuration, most likely if "templated email" box is checked and there is no template entered. You can see http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/troubleshooting-orders.php for more details. # POSTED ON: October 30, 2007 @ 00:59 GMT -7 |

I'm also able to purchase the items. However, I must manually "approve/charge" each purchase within PP and Google in order to send the download links to my buyers. I know that eJunkie is supposed to allow automatic sending of such purchase receipt emails (containing download link to their purchased file). I have no idea why this isn't working. # POSTED ON: November 23, 2007 @ 17:13 GMT -7 |

For Google Checkout, please make sure that you have followed the instructions at http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/google-checkout-shopping-cart.php For PayPal, if a payment is pending that's due to your PayPal settings. If after accepting the payment once, PayPal did not ask your preference about such payments, you will need to contact them. # POSTED ON: November 23, 2007 @ 17:13 GMT -7 |
