Help! IPNS not processing correctly since July 15th!!!

Hello,

What a nightmare this has turned into. From July 2nd - July 13th or so, everything was working fine. I had about 8 products loaded that matched all of my ebay listings and everything worked fine. Now, on July 15th I started getting my E-junkie store up and spent two agonizing days getting the shipping to work for the store sales.

I just looked at my transaction log from the 15th-17th and it now appears that my IPNs have not been processed almost at all ever since I started messing with the shipping on the 15th?

It's not working on products I didn't even touch at all. All I have done is set the shipping preferences and added a bunch of products to the store?

Please help.

Kevin

I just looked in my paypal account and all IPNs were sent with status 200 which I am guessing is a success.

Please email us the Transaction IDs of some payments from your PayPal History which were completed in PayPal but not showing up in your E-junkie Transaction Log, so we can investigate what happened in those specific cases:

I just sent a list of a sample that were not processed. There are plenty more where they came from as nothing is getting processed. Again, everything was fine until I started setting up the e-commerce on the 15th and adding variants to some of the products.

Seems to be isolated to ebay sales. I just bought a product from myself and it worked fine. It was from my e-junkie shop and not ebay though.

AND, not all of my items in the e-junkie store are showing up in the search?

For example, the following item is not searchable at all:

XBOX 360 Repair Kit X-Clamp Fix 3 Red Light XCLAMP RROD

Adding variants as in, "Variants having individual price/weight/stock/SKU"? Or did you mean to say "Variations which tell more about the product"? If you really did mean Variants, and if all the affected sales are for products with Variants which were sold on eBay, then that could explain the problem.

Since an eBay purchase would only reference the Item Name (as the Auction Title), our system wouldn't know how to process the order if that item has Variants but no Variants values were specified in the order data we receive from PayPal, since those values cannot be specified in an eBay listing (insofar as we're aware). In that case, the Item Name alone is incomplete to identify any particular product, and so without any specific Variants values to "fill in the blanks" determining exactly which specific Variant permutation of the product had been purchased, our system would be unable to log and process the order.

I just went through all products and it looks like it was only one product that I set with variants. I created a duplicate product for the ebay product and I re-sent IPNs from paypal and it did work. I will keep an eye on it over the next couple days and see if it's missing anything else.
