I am having a quick question:

Adding the quantity parameter to the payment link would make e-junkie read only one code from my url or will read a "quantity" number of codes ?

If you have a product using Send Stored Codes and the buyer orders X quantity of that item (whether by editing quantity in their cart or because your purchase URL has &quantity=X), then they would receive X number of codes from your list.

What about the generated codes? as I cannot use the stored codes method.

I would have to check with our Lead Developer to be certain, but I think we would only hit your keygen URL once, and in doing so we also pass a value for item quantity, so your keygen script could interpret that to affect whatever text output it generates, which is the "code" we forward as-is to the buyer.
