I have just bought a software and after i payed 10$ for this from paypal i received a link to download the file which is inactive.

Please advice what should i do!!!

As noted on the page, you need to contact the merchant for any questions about the product or purchase. In the event that merchant does not respond, you can open a dispute with your payment processors (PayPal, Google Checkout etc.).

I purchased an unlock software from a buyer who was using E-junkie. Where will I get the help for this?
