Problems Uploading Files

Hello,

I am having problems uploading my files. My firewall is turned off and I have more than enough disk space. I have never run into this problem before. I have been trying to upload for 2 days now and the connection to the server keeps getting interrupted. I have tested the connection on my end and it is fine.

Does eJunkie have a direct address for its ftp so I can upload using my ftp software?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Gina

Gina,

We did experience a minor problem which made uploads slow and in some case they would stop due to this. The issue has been addressed and you should now be able to upload your product without a problem.

I have tried to post an image and I get this error message.
Not Found

The requested URL //product/89805.php was not found on this server.
Apache Server at www.e-junkie.com Port 80

I have tried to post in both Safari and Firefox, both give me the same error message.
Also, my image meets the size requirements and is 41 X 50 pixels and the size is 6.01K

That's rather strange. Are you still getting that error message if you try it again now?

Yes still happening. I'm on a MAC. Does that makes a difference?

So far, we've been unable to reproduce the problem you described, even using a Mac with both Firefox and Safari.

At what point does that error message appear? When you click the Upload Images button (which should open a popup window where you can select files to upload), or after you select files when you then try to upload them? Which browser application are you using (Safari, Firefox, etc.)?

Also, please send the Item Name of the product you're trying to edit along with your E-junkie password to us by email:
