What happened to google and paypal checkout buttons?

Until recently, the e-junkie popup window listed both Google Checkout and Paypal buttons. Now, it only has a "Checkout" button that takes the user to a horribly generic checkout page. What happened to my Google Checkout and Paypal buttons??

Wait, they only disappear when the order total is reduced to $0 by a coupon code. I assume this is intentional.

Right, when there is no order total amount to actually pay, then the buyer can use E-junkie's Free Checkout:
