I know that someone is mirroring my website using their affiliate code - I know the affiliate ID, but how do I look them up in my list of affiliates so that I can see who it is?

If they're actually earning any commissions, you can find their ID in your monthly masspay.txt file to get their PayPal email and then, if you wish, match that up against your Seller Admin > View/Edit Affiliates list.
