First, checked VIEW SUMMARY - 0mb of space used
edited an existing product - deleted remotely hosted file and used e-junkie upload button popup
took forever but popup said it completed suscessfully -
however - 0 mb of space used (still says so in Summary)
tried a test download and it says "merchant has not uploaded file"
is this a common problem? Hope there's an easy solution

tried uploading the same file to a new product and it jammed on about 8% - this leads me to believe that the initial file is present on your server, blocking the new data, but not registering in the summary (which still says 0mb)
What do I do?

How large is the file you're uploading? Your current plan level only provides 500MB, and that is the maximum file size our uploader can handle. Is there some reason you could not continue hosting the file remotely any longer?

File is 399 mb. Why? Long story. I'm supposed to have 500 mb. And it's not working.
It makes me wait thru the whole upload process - then it's nowhere to be found.

We can try to upload the file for you from our end; maybe there's some weird up cap or throttle imposed by your ISP or something like that going on. Just provide a URL where we can download a copy of your file along with your E-junkie password to our support email here:
