I charge a flat shipping rate, no matter what the quantity of products ordered. How can I set this up using e-junkie? It seems that e-junkie always wants to calculate shipping per item. Thanks. # POSTED ON: November 1, 2007 @ 04:03 GMT -7 |

Just to follow-up... I'm still having the problem, but I have tried this based on the EJ FAQ: In Cart Shipping Settings: Set: - Domestic=0 and International=0 - Small Box: Price=5.95, Ounces=0 In Product Configuration: Set: - Packaging Type = "BOX SMALL" - Weight(Ounces) = 0.00 - Packaging Capacity = 1000 - "Shipping/Handling" requirement is checked I would expect this to show a "flat" shipping charge of $5.95 in the cart (for up to 1000 units), but the cart does not show any shipping charge at all. Any idea what's going on here? Thanks. # POSTED ON: November 1, 2007 @ 07:40 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: November 1, 2007 @ 07:57 GMT -7 |

I see that http://www.highchairthingy.com/store.php does calculate correct shipping. Did you find out what was the issue? # POSTED ON: November 5, 2007 @ 12:00 GMT -7 |

Thanks for following up. I never got it to work with the above scenario, but I did get it working by just setting Handling = 5.95, and zeroing all weight-based shipping charges. # POSTED ON: November 5, 2007 @ 12:26 GMT -7 |
