I am offering some files for free download. But most people are using either bogus emails or randomly made up emails. Is there any way to redirect people to a generic "thank you page" instead of the real download page? So they don't come through to download? Or to verify emails before activating the links?

You can go into Seller Admin > Account Preferences and enter a Common Thank-you Page URL to a page on your own site, where you should instruct customers to watch their email for a link to their download page. The link we send in thank-you emails would take them to your E-junkie-generated thank-you/download page.
