Hi,
I noticed that your discount page has changed. I was used to able multiple "coupon codes" delimited by a comma. Now, that does not work.
Please advise on how to do it now.

Discount Code lists now need to have one code per line. This makes it easier to sell gift coupons by combining Cart Discount Codes with our product setting to Send Stored Codes, as both code lists now follow the same listing format.

To clarify, the multiple code function is still there - I just have to enter it on different lines, correct?
Is there more info how to combine discounts as you describe?

That is correct, all you do now to create multiple codes is to have them on different lines.
As for the combining of discount codes and stored codes that Tyson mentioned. This could be done before, the process is just easier now as all you would need to do is copy the codes from one feature to the other and they are already in the format they need to be in for that feature.

Is there a video or other tutorial on how to setup NEW codes for old product under the new system? I cant seem to get new codes to work?
If I edit old discount codes they dont change when buyers try and buy.
When will the new module for discounts be documented?

The new discount screen is now documented here:

We don't quite follow what you meant to ask about; could you explain in more detail what you're trying to accomplish?
BTW, just as before, whenever you enter a list of codes for a discount in Admin, clicking Submit actually creates a whole series of separate, identical discounts -- one for each code from your list. This is because our system cannot actually save a single discount with a list of codes, so each code in your list gets spun off into its very own discount.

Well ... If I try and change the AMOUNT of DISCOUNT a certain pre existing code had, it doesnt seem to work.
For example ... if the code VIPONLY discounted $10.00 off the normal price ... if I go into the new system/module and try to edit the code VIPONLY to now be a $20 discount - when buyers click the Buy It Now button on my web page and enter in the discount code - the new $20 discount doesnt get applied. The old $10 discount is all that was applied.
This was 2 weeks ago. 3 emails to tech support went unanswered. Pretty sure Im just going to move it all to RAP and be done with it.
Maybe you've fixed it by now ?
Once we change the amount of discounts in admin section - do we need to generate a new "snippet of code" for the BUy NOW button? Or shouldnt your system just work and the discount be applied behind the scenes via the ejunkie checkout system.
I cant imagine having to regen a buy it now link every time I might change or expire an discount code.

You should not have to replace your code. Can you send us the URL of your sales page so we can take a look?
As for not getting responses to your e-mails. I did check our system and saw two e-mail response that were sent to you, one on Sept. 3rd at 10.48 am and the next on Sept 10th at 11.12 am. They may be getting sent to your Spam/Junk folder.
