I've got a customer from Australia that can't find "Australia" in the country list. I can find it, so I know it's in there, but what he's telling me is that when he clicks on the country list, which is defaulting to "United States", the list is ONLY going down... to Zimbabwe... so it seems the list is only going down, not up. I'm figuring this is simply a browser issue, and I've asked for system and browser details but haven't heard back yet. Has anyone else experienced this with any of your customers? Only been with e-junkie for a couple weeks, and this is the first bug I've hit. I'm probably just going to get his shipping info and request money from PayPal, but would like to know if this is common. Thanks. # POSTED ON: September 17, 2009 @ 05:22 GMT -7 |

This does sound more like a browser issue. I can say it is one I have not heard of occurring. If you do get the browser information I would be interested to know, and also if using another browser allows them to select Australia. I did test it on Safari, Firefox and Opera on my Mac so, i know that those browsers are not having a problem with the dropdown. # POSTED ON: September 17, 2009 @ 11:44 GMT -7 |

The response I got from the customer was that he is using Windows Milenium, and Big Pond. That says to me, he doesn't really know what the "browser" is, and I'm not sure I want to bother him with it. It also says, chances are good he's not installed another browser on his computer, so I'd default to Explorer. Just a hunch. :) # POSTED ON: September 17, 2009 @ 11:52 GMT -7 |
