I am attempting to change packaging capacity for an item
ie, increase the number of products that fits in the designated box for that item
It currently says packaging capacity =1
and I am trying to change it to packaging capacity =2.
Although once I change it and hit submit then go back in it still shows 1

I just sent you an e-mail reply but I will also place my reply here. Because we are unable to duplicate the issue with accounts on our end. Can you send us your user name and password so we can duplicate the issue and look for a solution?
