Affiliate Bio Pages 'Not Found'

I'm trying to find out information on my affiliates in regards to their stats (eg. number of sales, total payout amounts since they signed up as affiliates, etc...), but when I click on their ID's in the 'Transaction Log' section it just takes me to a 'Not Found' page like this: (I added the x's to hide my affiliates ID number)

Not Found

The requested URL /ej/xxxxx/bio.php was not found on this server.
Apache Server at www.e-junkie.com Port 80

I tried this yesterday and received the same message so I don't think it's a temporary glitch. So what do I need to do to access my affiliates stats?

Thanks for you help! :-) Eric

Eric,

If you are trying to find out what your affiliates have made then you will want to go to Seller Admin>Pay Your Affiliates and you will be given the option to download a mass pay file for the previous completed calendar month. There is not an option to view what their current or overall sales are.

I understand that, but what I'm trying to figure out is why, when I click on the Affiliate ID link when viewing the transaction log, I receive a 'Not Found' page.

It's as if all my Affiliate ID links are broken links. Eric

Eric,

The issue should now be fixed. If there is still a problem can you please include a specific URL of a specific link that you click on and get the error message?
