I would like to set up a shipping arrangement like the following, please let me know if this is possible.

It is basically two flat rates and there is one variable that will decide between the two. Shipping will be via UPS and if the destination is a home address I'd want the flat rate shipping to be $8.00 and if it is a business address I'd like the shipping to be $7.00.

Is this possible?

Not currently, but this is something we are already working on. In case of of UPS, we'll soon provide buyer both the options to select from.

Not yet; at present any new shipping-calculation functionality would be waiting on launch of the new Seller Admin we've been working on, so we could add the required settings to that interface.

Are there any workarounds currently?
