So, when you say, 10 products for $5 per month, what does that mean exactly?
I get that each product can have multiple options and that would only be added as one product.
What if I have a product that has multiple options but I want to keep a large inventory number available?
For example, I sell cake toppers and would like to put my "stop selling when this number is reached" at 100. Does this count as 1 product or 100 products?

If you have a product called Cake Topper, where you have say 100 toppers with the bride and groom holding hands, 45 with the bride and groom kissing and 60 of a third type and you are using our Variants feature, then you have one product with 3 options in the 1st variant option. Each option has a different inventory, but our system still show all of this as one product. Here is a link to our variant option FAQ page:
