I get between 1 and 5 people a day telling me they didn't get an email, or didn't get a download.

I only have one product im selling, and at most i sell 15 a day.

Can someone tell me what is wrong here?

It appears that you are not using our download-fulfillment service at all, as you have not uploaded any files for your products, and you are not subscribed at $18/mo or higher to serve downloads remotely from your server through our links. This is the way our download service would normally work:

After the buyer finishes checkout and the payment processor confirms the buyer's payment was good and completed, we grant the buyer access to a thank-you page where we present their unique download link(s) we generate for them automatically, and we also issue them a thank-you email with a link to reach the thank-you/download page in case they did not proceed to the download page after checkout. Each buyer gets unique download link(s) which expire after the number of attempts or hours (whichever comes first) that you specify in each product's settings, so even links that get shared-out could never be valid indefinitely.

Instead, it appears that you have placed your own, static download links on your E-junkie thank-you page for each product. We do not recommend this approach, as this means that any buyer could share those links with others, who could obtain your downloads directly without paying for them first, and those links could be shared all over the Internet where they would be valid indefinitely, at least until you move your files to a different URL.

Furthermore, if the buyer's payment is not yet completed by the time they finish checkout, or if they do not manually click the Continue link after completing checkout, then they will not see your thank-you page or static download links at all. Since you also have not set up our File Download feature for your products and have also not specified any thank-you email message to send, the buyer is not sent any thank-you email from us, so they have no way to reach your thank-you page in case they did not proceed there after completing checkout.

To fix this, you should go to Seller Admin > View/Edit/Delete Products, select a product you are selling and click Edit, then enable Single File Download and use the Upload Product File button to provide a file for buyers to obtain. There is no need to type an Email Message, as enabling the File Download feature will automatically send the buyer a basic thank-you email with a link to their thank-you/download page. If you need to provide a collection of files for certain products, or if some of your products will issue the same file(s), this page explains some approaches you can use:
