I was doing a random test to check that my discount codes (which had been in place for abt a year) were working.... They were not. For something that's selling for $19.99, after applying the code, the price increased to $221.60! So, I headed over to FLAUNT YOUR Stores section and clicked on other stores to see how they were doing... after selecting a buy now button.. the e-junkie cart always claim that it is empty! So, I headed back to my website, the same thing is happening..., now I cannot even input my discount code. Can we get a fix please? Thanks # POSTED ON: October 21, 2009 @ 19:57 GMT -7 |

But it is okay now. # POSTED ON: October 21, 2009 @ 20:04 GMT -7 |

I had the same problem...A customer had emailed complaining of the shopping cart defaulting to "cart empty" after each input. The problem has been corrected within the past few minutes. # POSTED ON: October 21, 2009 @ 20:12 GMT -7 |

Yes precisely, just before that, the discount codes did not discount the price but instead added to the price. Glad it's been fixed. # POSTED ON: October 21, 2009 @ 20:15 GMT -7 |

We did have a brief, very rare glitch in our system tonight, which we promptly found and fixed: http://www.e-junkie.com/bb/topic/3800 # POSTED ON: October 21, 2009 @ 21:13 GMT -7 |

What happened was that one of the db slave servers fell behind but did not fall out out of rotation (which should have happened automatically), so buyers who were hitting that slave were unable to see the carts they had just created on the master, that's why they started getting cart verification failures. In your case, when you applied the code, you'd removed an item from cart as well but item did not get removed (due to the lag) and cart included the unremoved item and its price. # POSTED ON: October 23, 2009 @ 05:33 GMT -7 |
