Hi, my first time posting, and it's a doozy. Some of the products for my coaching/training business are seats at a teleconference. I'd like a more traditional registration cart experience for my clients who can be a little tech challenged. :) How do I create a online registration form, on a Wordpress blog, that can: -Capture registrant details -Dump details in a spreadsheet/database -redirect purchaser to back to selected URL That seems like a lot to ask for, but I'm sure I'm not the only person trying something crazy like this. Here's the bonus question: how can I offer purchaser a choice in payment method, meaning either pay money through card or take survey and receive a promo code via email. See, told you it was crazy? Of course, it goes without saying I'd be eternally grateful to anyone who can help me figure out any of this. Perhaps, even tell me if I'm asking the right questions ; Naturally, I'm working on this project now, so I'd love any suggestions. Thanking you in advance, and peace out! In case, it helps to have a look, my site is http://www.positivelywed.com # POSTED ON: October 30, 2009 @ 14:21 GMT -7 |

ConflictMaven If you just want their name and address, you can use our variations feature to create those fields alonwith the button. If you want a complete form that sends you an email and shows the data in a spreadsheet, you can create a form using Google Docs and show a link to it on the thank you page. Third approach will be a custom coded solution where peopl fill a form on your site (maybe you can use a wordpress plugin) and then you can pass the submission ID along with the e-junkie purchase URL by appending &custom=SUBMISSIONID ConflictMavenhow can I offer purchaser a choice in payment method, meaning either pay money through card or take survey and receive a promo code via email. That's something you'll need to do on your end again. Show them the E-junkie button and the button to "take survey and get promo code" # POSTED ON: October 31, 2009 @ 13:47 GMT -7 |
