Newbie : Interface not working completely

Hi,

I've been seeling my software online for a few years. Now I'm moving to more sophisticated products I need more sophisticated security, as my other products are shared on Torrents. :( My current cart provider isn't much use in this respect, so I Googled for a replacement and found eJunkies. Everything looks good on paper, but I've hit a small glitch in that links to "more info.." and "important instructions" in the setup application don't work. eg. Google Checkouts "important instructions" link in the profile page shows the hand pointer but doesn't open any link, whether clicked normally or CTRL-clicked. That's kinda worrying that I can't read important instructions!

I'm on Windows XP SP3, IE8.

My only other concern at the moment is that the cart interface seems to be Flash/Shockwave based. I'm wondering what the negative impact could be to potential clients who aren't using these systems? I know they're ubiquitous, but an HTML interface would have zero failures due to lack of plugins support on a browser (let's say someone buys via mobile device) or deactivated plugins due to security concerns. Does anyone have any figures on what proportion of customers, if any, fail to see the cart/checkout due to the use of the plugin format? Or am I completely wrong about the cart interface using Flash/Shockwave in the first place?!

Cheers.

Cart interface is pure HTML. Only our merchant interface uses Flash, which is being changed as well.

Not sure why the link is not opening for you, but you can view the information at http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/google-checkout-shopping-cart.htm
