Hi,

When I click the transaction log links in the shop admin panel, absolutely nothing happens. All the other links work.

The Transaction Log opens in a popup window, so if you have a popup-blocker installed, you may need to disable that or allow e-junkie.com to open popups.

BTW, most modern browsers have a built-in popup blocker that's smart enough to tell the difference between annoying self-opening ad popups vs. popups that you open intentionally. Assuming your Web browser program is up-to-date, you might try just removing any separate popup blocker you may have installed to prevent other problems in the future.

I'm using IE8 on XP without any additional pop-up blockers. Other pop-ups, like the file upload, open in another tab. I also tried CTRL-clicking to force the pop-up into a new tab but it doesn't work. The tab isn't even created - it's as if the link isn't a link, although the pointer changes to show it's interactive.

Do you have JS enabled in your browser?

Yes. It's default, off-the-shelf IE.

I have no problem opening my Transaction Log in IE using WinXP. Do you have any extra toolbars installed in IE, like a Google or Yahoo toolbar perhaps, something like that? Those sometimes include a popup blocker feature. Also, try updating your Flash player plugin for IE:

If all else fails, you can try using the Firefox or Google Chrome browser, although of course we'd really like to help sort out why your IE isn't behaving normally.

No toolbars (ugh!). I tried disabling internet securities (firewall etc.) and that made no difference. Works fine in Chrome though.

Computers!
