I have only just started using e-junkie on my website and I have noticed that customers using Paypal to make their purchases are ineligible for seller protection. What does this mean and how can I change it so I am eligible? # POSTED ON: November 9, 2009 @ 12:38 GMT -7 |

That's a question for PayPal. As per https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/Marketing/
securitycenter/sell/UnauthorizedPaymentProtectionFAQs-
outside#definitions1 "Sellers with a registered PayPal account in the United States are covered for claims, chargebacks, and reversals for unauthorized payments and items not received when transactions meet the terms of coverage." # POSTED ON: November 9, 2009 @ 21:55 GMT -7 |

Thanks for that but I am in the UK and have already tried Paypal before I asked on here. Paypal used to work fine in the old checkout system on my site its since I changes to e-junkie. How can I get e-junkie to ask for an address when a customer makes a payment (this would solve the problem) any ideas because at the moment it doesnt ask for delivery details even though some of my products need posting (which is a pain contacting them for an address) # POSTED ON: November 10, 2009 @ 11:33 GMT -7 |

You can setup E-junkie to request a physical address for an order by going to Seller Admin>View/Edit/Delete Product, select a product and click Edit. On the first edit page enable the option for Shipping/Buyer's Address and then click Next until you can Submit the changes. Repeat this for all of your products to make sure that you always get the address. # POSTED ON: November 10, 2009 @ 11:50 GMT -7 |
