I recieved this message a couple of hours after subscribng to your service after a trial period of 1 week:-

We have removed your products from our system and suspended your account due to violation(s) of our Terms of Service and excessive complaints including copyright infringement notices. We will not restore your account or deleted products, and we will remove them again if we find them readded in the future. All i did was send in a support email asking were my products are? to which you replied

"You have a free 7 day fully functional trial period to test E-junkie. You can start your paid subscription from E-junkie admin any time within your trial period. Your products and related data will be removed automatically if you do not start the subscription. This will not affect your reseller or affiliate status or your access to our community section.

i have also replied to the email 2 times and still havent had an answer. This is a very serious accusation that i want dealt with immediately as my product has only just gone live.

As I explained in the e-mail I sent you this was a misunderstanding and your account is not blocked and nothing was removed from your account.
