A 3rd approach of generating software codes

The first method described here
http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.keygen.htm
is simple and good enough for most people, but it might break due to different reasons (communication timeouts for example).
What if, instead of sending data back and forth to a PHP page on my website, you simply let me generate the code --that might be as simple as a single line as you point out in the example-- DIRECTLY in the "Thank you" email via PHP?
Or is that already possible?
Thank you

You can sale your codes as stored codes. This would allow you to create the codes and set them up in your E-junkie account. Then when a buyer makes a purchase they will be sent one off the list. Here is a link to our Send Stored Codes help page:

Hi Ninja, I need that to create software keys, based on the buyer name, email address and the number of licenses required by the user so using stored codes is not an option.

I know how to write the PHP for that, so what I need to know if it's possible to keep the ecom and the PHP key generator together here on e-junkie, instead of having the second part in my website.

We can do the hosting as long as the product is a commercial or opensource product available in market. If it's a custom keygen, then we can host is on an offsite hosting setup.

Well, I'm not really talking about hosting another "product" ... but integrating a few PHP lines inside thank you email/page to avoid possible failures or timeout issues.

I've read about the SoftwarePassport/Armadillo key generator in the same page, but it's not clear if I need to purchase additional softwares to use the certificates, which ones and how much will these cost.

For security/stability reasons we cannot allow custom PHP in the thank-you pages we generate; however, you could use our Redirection feature to send the buyer to a URL on your own site where the key would be generated:
