Just joined and uploaded first ebook for purchase. Purchased my own full price ebook and was properly redirected to my thank you page and also received a notice of the sale. Have clicked on the 'Click here to retreive your download' several times and it just delivers me to my thank you page - no download, no email with a link, nada. HELP please?

If you are using a redirected thank you page, you need to add extra coding to your page to include a download link. Here is a link to our Redirection thank you page, which includes the instructions that you will need:

So if I want to redirect to my own Thank You page, it MUST have a download link on that page? Not just a thx?

Thanks for the help. Just going with the common thank you for now. I did have success with purchasing with a 100% discount purchase though. Weird.
