Hi, When I use the function "Send Free Download Link/Code" for a product , the recipient receives an email: ...Code: [Contact us for the code(s)]... The product configuration uses a custom email message that includes the variant [%codes%]. The product uses the options: - Send generated codes - Code generator url: http://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/o_plug.php?arm_level=23& arm_keytext=mytexthere - Redirection = ON - Send Transaction data to a URL = ON If the product is added to the cart and purchased , the buyer receives an email with the codes generated by the Code generator url. Have other "e-junkies" experienced this behavior , too ? Cheers, EP # POSTED ON: November 29, 2009 @ 12:29 GMT -7 |

Hm, your keytext may not be long enough for the key level you specified in your keygen URL. If you're not actually using SoftwarePassport/Armadillo to lock your software, and just using our Armadillo keygen URL to generate a random code, try something like this: http://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/o_plug.php?arm_level=-1& arm_keytext=mytexthere # POSTED ON: November 29, 2009 @ 17:49 GMT -7 |

Hi Tyson. Thanks. But the problem persists after changing arm_level = -1. Same message: Code: [Contact us for the code(s)] EP # POSTED ON: November 29, 2009 @ 18:41 GMT -7 |

That message just means a code was not generated when we hit your keygen URL. I had no problem getting this URL to work: http://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/o_plug.php?arm_level=-1& arm_keytext=sometext Note that this forum adds spaces to URLs, so your URL should have no spaces in it. Maybe the -1 key level requires an 8-character keytext? We don't really know much about the Armadillo keygen or how to configure it; we just obtained it from Silicon Realms, vetted it for security/stability, and installed it due to popular demand from sellers who lock their software products using Silicon Realms' SoftwarePassport/Armadillo solution, so if you aren't using that solution and don't have the documentation that would have come with it, we can't really help you get it working. It's really only provided for those who would already know exactly how they need to set it up. # POSTED ON: November 30, 2009 @ 19:25 GMT -7 |
