Yes this is a FatFreeCart problem, and yes, I know E-junkie doesn't support the free product. But maybe a community member could take a look at my code and see why Google returns this message every time I try to use the cart.

I've got the Google merchant ID in both the "Add to Cart" code and the "View Cart" code. Anybody have any ideas?

Thanks,
David

Make sure your GC account is not set to require "encrypted" or "signed" carts (offhand I can't recall which term they use). E-junkie cart is compatible with that setting, but FatFreeCart is not. :^)

Thank you Tyson. You nailed it.

For others who are having the same problem:

Inside your Google Checkout account go to Settings, then click Integration (on the left).

Under "Shopping cart post security," make sure you UNCHECK the box that says, "My company will only post digitally signed carts."

As I was researching this on my own I found that a lot of people are thrown by this. It's a rather obscure setting within Google Checkout.

I respectfully suggest that the awe-inspiring crew at E-Junkie consider adding this information to the documentation for Fat Free Cart.

All the best,
David
