I have just come over from ClickBank for the billing to use the e-junkie cart system, but I was wondering where I can see stats on how much traffic different affiliates are sending to my sales page and where it's coming from? This is useful information for any vendor to know but I haven't yet been able to find this information at e-junkie. My photography ebook is not showing up in the marketplace so far, but I assume it will be there soon. My hope is to develop a group of serious affiliates and help them to produce good sales. # POSTED ON: December 6, 2009 @ 10:02 GMT -7 |

Our affiliate system does not track click-throughs or referrer stats. We can only track actual sales each affiliate has generated, where they earn a commission. Affiliate commission earnings are listed with each sale in your E-junkie Transaction Log, and we automatically compile each affiliate's commission earnings on a monthly lump-sum basis. Sometime after the close of each calendar month during the following month (we recommend mid-month or later, to allow for any refunds to be processed), you should go to Seller Admin > Pay Your Affiliates to obtain the masspay.txt file we generate for the last completed month, which you can upload to PayPal Mass Payments to pay out commissions to your affiliates automatically (or if you prefer, you can just refer to the file to pay out commissions manually). Our site's search function is provided by Google, and they reindex our site on about a weekly basis, so it may take up to a week or so for any newly-added listings to appear in search results. # POSTED ON: December 6, 2009 @ 16:06 GMT -7 |

That's a real shame about not being able to see how much real traffic the affiliates are sending. As a vendor it tells you who is working hard and who isn't. Also knowing where the traffic is actually coming from would be good for all sorts of reasons. I made my first sale this evening through the e-junkie cart system but that was a direct one. I'll obviously look to see how affiliate payouts have to be made. # POSTED ON: December 6, 2009 @ 16:28 GMT -7 |

Tyson I received a Google email alert a couple days ago which showed my site appearing in the marketplace but it doesn't seem to be there when I actually search for it at e-junkie. I used the key words I selected when creating the shop page such as photography and glamour for example. It's not showing up in the searches for affiliate programs either from what I can tell. Perhaps it will appear a little later. # POSTED ON: December 9, 2009 @ 15:25 GMT -7 |

There does seem to be something strange going on lately with our site's Search function, which is powered by Google. Searching on www.google.com directly (using the "site:e-junkie.com" parameter to limit results to our own site) brings up results that can't be found using the Google search box embedded on our own site. I've already notified our Lead Developer in case there's anything he can do, but it might be something entirely at Google's end that may well be out of our hands. We'll see what we can do about it. # POSTED ON: December 9, 2009 @ 18:50 GMT -7 |

I know nothing really about programming but if there is a problem like this couldn't a simple MySQL database be set up with the entries that are indexed automatically. I have a search feature on my wordpress blog that just seems to work and drag up whatever information I look for without a problem. I don't know though if this would be a problem for Google to list items in its rankings that way. # POSTED ON: December 10, 2009 @ 15:03 GMT -7 |

Another month has gone by and I was wondering if any progress has been made in how products appear in the marketplace search? My book is still not present if I run a search and this may well be affecting the number of affiliates I have i.e. just 2 so far with e-junkie and they were both people who I brought over myself. # POSTED ON: January 5, 2010 @ 08:35 GMT -7 |

Sorry for the delay in replying to your post. I did a search in our marketplace just now for, "How To Photograph Nudes," and your book came up in the search. # POSTED ON: January 15, 2010 @ 12:26 GMT -7 |

Thanks that has made a difference now and I have already been contacted by a couple of people through e-junkie in the last day or so who would like to promote the book. # POSTED ON: January 16, 2010 @ 07:32 GMT -7 |
