I just had someone tell me that they'd signed up for our affiliate program. When I checked on my affiliate list, they are not listed. Is there just a delay or did something go wrong? I noticed I have exactly 20 affiliates and didn't know if there was a limit or something.

There's no limit, and affiliates should appear in your Seller Admin > View/List Affiliates as soon as they join. Note that Date of Registration shows the date they joined E-junkie, which may be older than when they joined your particular affiliate program.

Normally a new affiliate would click your sign-up link, log into their existing E-junkie account or register a new one, and then their account should be enrolled in your program.

Sometimes if they register a new account after clicking your sign-up link, the new account may not get added to your program automatically, so in that case they just need to click your sign-up link again and log into the E-junkie account they already registered, and that should do the trick.

I'll look into it. I assumed that the registration date was their registration date for my affiliate program specifically.
