Hi, Since the beginning of 2009 I have succesfully listed, sold and been paid for items sold through the Affiliate Prog. using Amazing Gifts (Australia). That is, until Sept 2009. Since then I have written numerous times, contacted them via their eBay store, called Australia from UK by telephone, and, as yet, received no reply to any of the attempts. Meanwhile, there are 3 months payment outstanding and it would seem my only option is to remove their products from my site. Any other suggestions would be welcomed. Thank You C2012 # POSTED ON: December 8, 2009 @ 01:55 GMT -7 |

I have just sent a note to the seller in question, informing them of your complaint. Further complaints from other affiliates about commission nonpayment would be cause to suspend the merchant's account with us. Your business relationship is with the merchant directly and solely, so if you cannot resolve the matter amicably with them, please bear in mind there is nothing we can do to "force" them to comply. Our system does not even handle any actual payment funds from buyers; all payment funds go to the seller directly via a third-party payment processor like PayPal, so it is the merchant's responsibility to pay any and all commissions earned out of their own pockets. # POSTED ON: December 8, 2009 @ 19:51 GMT -7 |

Hi Tyson, Thank You for taking the time to respond and Thank You also for sending a note to the Merchant in question. Yes, I fully understand the position of EJ and respect that. Things like this are bound to happen sometimes and for a handful of reasons but I trust that all shall work out well.. in the end. Thank You again, C2012 # POSTED ON: December 8, 2009 @ 20:13 GMT -7 |

Hi again Tyson, I think a big THANK YOU is in order :) I received a Paypal payment from said Merchant!! There was claim to him being out of the country on business for 2 months with no remote access to the computer and that most things are automated (which I can only presume must be good since some items sold through ebay are physical ones!!) and that he had just got my mail. Its sorted anyway and I believe that Your mail may well have done the trick. So THANK YOU again. C2012 # POSTED ON: December 10, 2009 @ 11:03 GMT -7 |
