I have an item listed in ebay & eJunkie . There was a sale in ebay. Payment was through PayPal. I have enabled IPIN at PayPal. I see from PayPal site that the message was sent to eJunkie (3DV14980J0466780R) for that transaction. I do not see any mail triggered from eJunkie with the download link to the buyer. I resent the IPIN, but no mail was triggered. Is there a problem? Or am I missing some thing (My assumption is that when the eBay sale is through, once PayPal sends the IPIN, eJunkie would trigger a mail with a download link) I have checked that the listing name and the product name are exact match. No discrepancy there. I have checked the check-box 'receive a copy of email sent to buyer' for that product while configuring the same. What could be the problem? # POSTED ON: December 10, 2009 @ 11:25 GMT -7 |

Is the PayPal Email you're using for your eBay account the same as the PayPal Email setting in your E-junkie Seller Admin > Edit Profile screen? If those don't match, then when our system receives the IPN, it won't know which E-junkie seller account it should go to. # POSTED ON: December 10, 2009 @ 15:56 GMT -7 |
