I've just included the "View Cart" on my Wordpress template in the side bar and it works great -except that it eliminates 'shipping' fees. Site: http://www.calligraphypets.com When a client adds an item to the cart, it appears. However, if she decides to proceed to payment, the shipping disappears. Oy! I tried all of the js scripting you suggested to others, but it's not affecting it at all. Any ideas? TIA. Lisa # POSTED ON: December 11, 2009 @ 14:35 GMT -7 |

I checked out your site and tested the cart by adding in your product, "Sterling Necklines Pendant (Sterling Pendant w/Chain: Autumnal Acorn Sterling Chain)." Once I added in my zip code I was shown a shipping charge of $5 and when I went to PayPal the shipping charge was still part of the amount I had to pay. Did you see this error with a specific product? # POSTED ON: December 11, 2009 @ 15:34 GMT -7 |

It's happening with all products. I've got a screen capture that includes a variety of products in the popup window. http://creativegoddess.wordpress.com/files/2009/12/calligraphypets- viewcart.jpg What more can I add to help expedite this remedy? TIA! Lisa # POSTED ON: December 11, 2009 @ 15:58 GMT -7 |

The screen shot show that there is a automatic discount setup in your account. Chances are the discount is activated at a set amount. To take a look at your discounts go to Seller Admin>Add/Edit E-junkie Cart Discounts. You can then use the drop down menu at the top to select a discount and the load button to see the settings for the discount. The discount you are looking for does not have any discount codes. # POSTED ON: December 12, 2009 @ 10:45 GMT -7 |
