Inventory Management Notifications

E-Junkie,

Is there a way with the current system in which I can change when I receive an automated email that alerts me of low inventory? Right now as I believe it, this threshold is set at 5 items.

However, for long lead time products (mostly physical goods) sometimes I would like to customize how and when I receive the notification. If it is a product that we sell often, but it comes from China, a threshold of say 50 would be much more appropriate than 5.

Thanks for your support.

There's no way to do that currently, but I have passed along your request to Development.

Any current development going on with this request we made last year?

As our business and customer base grows, it is getting more and more difficult to keep items in stock due to the 5 remaining item limit set by the e-junkie software. Our products commonly sell out before we have time to restock them leading to customer frustration and loss of sales....

Thanks e-junkie!

We have not added in any new features since your feature suggestion in December. Currently we do not have a time line for when our next update will be. Also, so you know, there is no guarantee that develop will choose to add in the feature you suggested.

As a suggestion, how about a road map that is published so that your customers can add requests for new features and can also see the projects that you are working on.

Anyways, thanks for your reply.
