What is going on with PayPal shipping calculations? Today I added some new E-Junkie products and defined them the same way as my previous products. However, when I tested ordering them the PayPal shipping charges are being applied differently than for my previously defined E-Junkie products.

That sounds like your PayPal shipping settings are interfering with the checkout. You can remove them by going to your PayPal Profile.
