board california charge customers ejunkie equalization fees functioning handling help option realizing requires shipping smoothly state tax taxed

I am realizing that my customers in California are not being taxed on their shipping fees. I have been through this before and CA state board of equalization requires shipping/handling to be taxed. Can you help me with this one? I don't see the option in ejunkie.

Currently E-junkie does not have an option to charge tax on the shipping.
