Hi all, I think I have a problem… some of my products are physical and some are digital downloads - I need to have different thank-you/download pages for each type! As I understand it this would be simple if the Common Thank-you Page URL worked only when a Redirection was NOT in place – I.e. I could set-up a Redirection for the Physical Products and use the Common Thank-you Page for the File downloads.

But I think e-junkie works the other way round where the Common Thank-you Page takes priority over all Redirections.

Is my understanding correct, and if so could you change it round?

You will have to setup product specific thank you pages to accomplish this. Here is a link to our thank you page customization help page:

hey Ninja - i don't think thats the answer.

I am trying to get two different thankyou pages to load for different products - half digital half physical - I would like to display all the products associated data incl all the download links too - via an iframe. But - I cant redirect when using file downloads ... why??? It would work for my situation if the Common thank-you page did not cancel out the Redirects - but it does.... again why?

Surely the Specific product redirects can be made to take priority over the Common thank-you page.

This way I can use the common thankyou for digital products (file downloads) and product specific redirects for physical products and achieve almost the correct result.

Our system is only setup to allow the common thank you page or a common redirected thank you page, there is not a way to have a product specific redirected thank you page, although you can customize a product specific thank you.

I suggested using the product specific thank you pages because it would give you the best option to have a different thank you for your two product types.
