Only one buyer was able to download the e-book HELP!

Hey all,

I'm using a simple yahoo template website and only selling two products, one of which is an e-book. I set everything up, but I have only had one person who was able to dowload it successfully.. big fun refunding everyone else's money! What might be going on? Why would one person have no problem, but everyone else isn't being provided the link for the download? Any help would be greatly appreciated! I just did a radio show to promote the book, but until this is resolved, I cannot accept international orders for the electronic version of my book! Thanks!

It might be useful to know the url of your site and any other relevant information. Are you certain these customers really can't access the download?

Yes, Ashley is correct can you please send us the URL of your website so we can take a look? Also can you please send us the transaction ID for some of the transactions where buyers claimed they were unable to download the product?
