Finding Inner Peace Educ. Interview Home Study

I have been trying to set up a cart for a Home Study Course that has a physical version (produced by print on demand - fulfillment house) and a download version. I'd like one "add to cart" or "buy here" button, allowing the purchaser to select either the physical or the download version.
The following needs to happen...
1) Download Version: 7 interviews - mp3s, pdfs. $97
a) needs to connect to autoresponder on icontact.com which will send the link to a few other bonus downloads uploaded on another server.
b) need sale to connect to my autoresponder (icontact.com) to add to mailing list.
2) Physical: 4 cds, 100+ transcript book, action guide, which includes the downloads as well. $147
a) needs to send the download links immediately.
b) needs to notify vervante.com of the sale and shipping address so that they can produce the physical product.
I have read all the help info. Tried variants and variables, and nothing gives me what I need.
PLEASE HELP!!! I am WAY past my deadline.

Information on how to setup to send order information to third parties, like icontact and vervante, would be available on our third party integration help page:

The icontact integration will need to be setup, but chances are you can use the information under the Multiple E-mail section of the third party integration page to setup the contact with vervante.

As for sending the buyer the download links immediately, after the buyer finishes checkout and the payment processor confirms the buyer's payment was good and completed, we grant the buyer access to a thank-you page where we present their unique download link(s) automatically, and we also issue them a thank-you email with a link to reach the thank-you/download page in case they did not proceed to the download page after checkout. Their download link(s) expire after the number of attempts or hours (whichever comes first) that you specify in each product's settings.
