Is there a way that I can set up a PHP script on my site that lets a user enter their email address and have it resend the download link?

You can try this, however, to resend the download link, the script would have to login to your E-junkie account, go to the Seller Admin page and then choose the Re-activate Expired Link and Re-send Thank You E-mail, enter in the specific buyer's transaction ID and then activate the Submit button, to re-send the thank you e-mail with access to the download link.
