Hi guys. Just signed up for the free trial. Setup looks pretty straightforward so far, but I cannot find a way to get rid of the "error" in the shopping cart where a price does not show in the checkout. And when you do proceed to checkout... it says "please enter a valid country/postal code in order to proceed." I can't even check out with the error. I've been entering valid country and postal code ex. United States 91770. There's no way this is not a valide postal code. I've tried others and they don't work as well. http://www.e-junkie.com/99404/product/320626.php We sell large items. Bumpers, hoods, fenders etc... We have fixed rates to the lower 48 states for domestic at $170 per box. To a business its $145. How would we set this up where a customer can indicate he is shipping to a business address or at least indicate that he is shipping to an address different from the paypal/credit card address. @RockYourLife: We have been unable to reproduce any problem with that cart URL or any items we tested in your store we found here: http://www.rockyourlifeevents.com/rock-your-life-shop/ If you're still seeing the problem, please reply with the URL of the specific product page where the problem is happening and what product(s) you added to a cart, along with the specific postcode that's producing the error for you. # POSTED ON: January 17, 2011 @ 19:16 GMT -7 |

All Good I realised that I hadn't added a shipping plan for those countries that I was having issues with. Thanks # POSTED ON: January 17, 2011 @ 19:21 GMT -7 |
