Hi all,

Is this possible? Are you able to edit or disable the email that gets sent saying:

"Dear James,

You can download Blogging Your Way To Wealth eBook at

https://www.e-junkie.com/d/?t=XXXXXXX&d=XXXX&c=XXXX

Please note, the download link will expire after 120 hours from now or after 5
attempts, which ever event happens first."

I want to customise it to send it to my download page which I have managed to customise and impliment with a download link - and managed to make it work using common thank you email (but when sending this it send the purchase email and the common thank you email)

Cheers
Barney

We really do not recommend sending buyers to a static download page on your own site, as buyers could share the URL of that page with others, and once it's loose "in the wild", then anybody can visit that page directly and download your product without paying you first. If you simply use our standard thank-you/download pages, those will issue each buyer a unique link that expires after the number of attempts and hours you specify in the product settings.

However, if you wish to proceed with your current setup, this page will be helpful:

To disable the product-specific thank-you email, just edit the product's settings in Admin, check Enable Templated Email for that product and leave the Email Message field above that blank, then click Next until you can Submit changes.

I'm not using a static page :)

My email is currently written like so:

"Dear [%first_name%],

Thank you for your purchase. Your Invoice ID is [%invoice%].

Your can view your order details at http://www.mydomain.com/thankyou.php?txn_id=[%txn_id%]&first_name=[%first_name%]..."

And using PHP get method I can generate the download link in an iFrame with those variables passed in the link - tried and tested!

Thanks for the help
